Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Testing-stage service

Astra for Law is under active development. Features, models, integrations, limits and availability may change. Labels such as planned, in development or not connected describe capabilities that are not currently available.

No legal advice

JDM Legal Tech is not a law firm. The service provides technology-assisted information and drafting support, not legal advice or legal representation. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. A qualified attorney must independently verify authorities, citations, facts, deadlines and conclusions before relying on or delivering work product.

Your content and instructions

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant JDM Legal Tech the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit and display that content to operate and secure the service. You represent that you have authority to submit and process the content and to direct the requested use.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully, deceptively or to violate another person's rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, usage limits or security controls.
• Do not reverse engineer, disrupt or introduce malicious code into the service.
• Do not present generated output as verified legal authority without independent review.

Third-party services

The service may rely on third-party authentication, hosting, storage and AI providers. Their services may be governed by additional terms and may change or become unavailable. References to future integrations do not represent that a commercial relationship or live connection currently exists.

Intellectual property

JDM Legal Tech and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design and branding, excluding your content. Astra for Law is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by OpenAI. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, any particular legal outcome, or that generated content or retrieved material will be accurate, complete, current or suitable for a particular matter.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend access to protect users, the service or third parties, respond to legal requirements, or address violations of these terms. We may update these terms as the product develops; continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
